Profit Optimiser works with operational data such as sales, labour, operating expenses and available inventory information. Businesses can connect supported systems or use the CSV upload workflow for their data.

No. Profit Optimiser is accessed through the web. You can connect supported data sources or upload CSV files and run the analysis from your account.

No. It identifies findings, evidence and potential opportunities to support management judgement. Where the cause or impact is uncertain, a finding can be investigated or tested before a permanent action is taken. The aim is to help teams understand, investigate, test and then act with better evidence.

Once an analysis is complete, the executive report can be downloaded directly from Profit Optimiser. It summarises performance, key findings, prioritised decisions and the estimated financial opportunity identified by the analysis.

One Time Analysis is £150 per venue, per report and provides a focused performance analysis and executive report. Decision Intelligence is £500 per month and adds ongoing analysis, action and outcome tracking, Decision Memory and support for up to five venues.

Square is supported for sales data and Deputy for labour data. Profit Optimiser also supports CSV uploads, so businesses are not limited to connected systems.

You may still be able to use Profit Optimiser through the CSV workflow. Additional integrations are planned, and you can contact us if you want to discuss your current systems and data format.

Yes. The standard Decision Intelligence plan includes up to five venues. For larger groups or more specific requirements, contact us so we can understand the operating setup and what you need.
